Patrick Mahomes Credits Taylor Swift for Travis Kelce's Major Style Change

Every time Travis Kelce does something different to his hair—including the hair on his face—it causes a huge stir. So it's no surprise that people are talking about a revealing comment made by Patrick Mahomes about the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's latest look...and what his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, had to do with it.

While speaking with SiriusXM NFL Radio, the Chiefs quarterback admitted that he'd been telling Kelce he should grow his hair longer for quite some time, but when Swift made the same suggestion he actually listened.

"I've been trying to get him to grow his hair out and all of a sudden Taylor gets him to do it," Mahomes said.

A recent video from training camp reveals a shaggier style on the NFL star, in place of the buzz cut he had previously.

Kelce also made hair-related headlines earlier this summer when he brought his mustache back, prompting fans to rejoice over the return of "El Travador" (the nickname he was given previously for a similar look).

Even before Mahomes credited Swift for Kelce's new 'do, fans suspected the singer might have been influencing her boyfriend's style. One X user posted a set of side-by-side images showing the difference between the football player's appearance at training camp last year and this year, calling it “a taylor swift glow up.”

The comments proved that plenty of people agree with Mahomes and Swift about the length of Kelce's hair.
