What’s new on Peacock in September 2024

At first glance, Peacock looks very overloaded with sports in September, including the live coverage of the Paris Paralympics and the start of NBC’s Sunday Night Football games. But don’t sleep on Peacock’s big new miniseries for the month. On September 5, Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist is bringing together an all-star cast including Samuel L. Jackson, Don Cheadle, Kevin Hart, Taraji P. Henson, Terrence Howard, Chloe Bailey, and Lori Harvey. The story is set in 1970 as a makeshift team plans the heist of a lifetime during Muhammad Ali’s big comeback fight.

Meanwhile, it looks like someone is starting Halloween a month early on Peacock. A large number of this month’s movie library are either classic horror films or more recent flicks like the first seven Saw movies. Even the first two films from the Halloween reboot trilogy are back on Peacock for the occasion.

Keep reading for the complete list of films, series, news programming, and live sporting events coming to Peacock in September 2024. Our recommendations are highlighted in bold. (Note: Some content will not be available to watch without a paid subscription at the Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus levels.)
