‘Pimp My Ride’ Original Producers Set New Netflix Series ‘Resurrected Rides’
The original producers of Pimp My Ride have set a new series at Netflix.
The series, titled Resurrected Rides, is set to premiere on July 24. Chris Redd will host the series. The season will consist of eight, 40-minute episodes
Here’s the description: From the original producers of Pimp My Ride comes Resurrected Rides, an entirely new motor makeover series for the modern age. Comedian and actor Chris Redd, along with his team of next-level mechanics, helps deserving owners transform their beloved beaters into roadworthy masterpieces. Resurrected Rides premieres July 24th, only on Netflix.
Bright Bay Creative, Breakfast Anytime Inc. are the production companies behind the project. Brandon Killion, Rick Hurvitz, Ari Shofet, Mike Odair are executive producers.
“We took the spirit and knowledge from the original and reimagined it with a hilarious host, brand new cast, plus the eye-popping technology and culture of today,” said Hurvitz in a statement.
“This is an aspirational and wish-fulfillment show with a comedic lens, and we’re excited to give deserving folks a mind-blowing automotive makeover,” added Shofet.
