What Police Found In Missing Teen’s Car That Sent Mom Into A Panic
Five days after Ebby Steppach disappeared in Little Rock, her car was found in a park approximately three miles from her parents’ house. The car was left running, the battery was dead, and there was no gas left. But it was what was found inside the car that had her mom, Laurie, concerned.

“All of her things were in the car; her purse, her phone, all her clothes. Her makeup was thrown around the car,” Laurie says, adding that her daughter, who was a makeup artist, would have never left her makeup in that condition. “They also found her contact lens case. Ebby goes nowhere without contact lens because she can’t see. That told me immediately someone had taken her.”
