Post Malone’s body may be a walking canvas of tattooed scribblings for all the world to see, but he’s keeping his love life locked away. The singer and rapper (real name: Austin Richard Post) behind hits like “Sunflower” and “Circles” is currently engaged, but details about his fiancée are extremely hard to come by. And that is no doubt intentional: While “Posty,” as he’s known to fans, may be a consummate performer, there’s one part of himself that he clearly prefers to keep just for himself.

That said, there’s no shortage of sleuthing when it comes to his engagement. And Post Malone himself has made some choice statements about his wife-to-be. Here’s everything to know about his relationship with his fiancée, as well as the "little angel" of a child they share.

Who Is Post Malone’s Fiancée?

Post Malone has still never shared the name of his fiancée, but it has been confirmed that they’re engaged, Parade reports. And clearly she’s fine staying behind the scenes. Fans have come to call her “Jamie,” though that name is unconfirmed. Her age is also unknown.

In a June 2022 interview with Howard Stern, Malone explained that he keeps his private life, well, private for a simple reason: He may be a rockstar, but he wants his loved ones to make their “own decisions” about whether to be in the spotlight. In the case of his wife-to-be, it seems she’s more than happy not being in the headlines.

So How Do We Know They’re Engaged?

Post Malone has still let a few details about his relationship slip into his interviews. During an August 2023 chat on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Malone revealed he proposed to his girlfriend about two years previously while the two were on a trip to Las Vegas.

The twist to that story: She initially turned him down.

“I had lost a significant amount of money at the table, and we go upstairs and I’m, like, off my rocker hammered,” he said. “I was like, ‘Hey, you wanna marry me? I got a ring and all this stuff.' And then she said no.”

But it wasn’t an outright rejection. She wisely advised him to ask again the next day when he had a clearer mind.

“And then I did,” he said. “And I was sober and it was nice.”

How Serious Are They? Do They Have Kids?

From what we can tell, the couple is very serious. As in, they-share-a-kid-together serious. And they don’t show any signs of leaving each other’s side.

Malone and his mystery partner have one child, a daughter, who was born sometime in 2022, making her around two years old, and born shortly after he proposed. The little one’s name is also publicly unknown, but based on one of his many tattoos, we know her initials are “DDP”—those are the letters he got tattooed on his forehead in tribute to his kid.

The musician gushed about his romantic partner while talking to host Alex Cooper on Call Her Daddy.

“Her heart is so massive,” he said. “I’ve always wanted kids and a big family and I could tell she was gonna be a really good mama. And she’s, like, No. 1 mom in the f---ing universe.”

Furthermore, Malone and his fiancée made a very rare appearance together while on a trip to Rome. They joined friends for a day of golfing at the Marco Simone Golf Club. Photos show him smiling as she sits next to him in a golf cart.

How Has Fatherhood Changed Him?

In his own words, the shift to his personal life has been massive.

“It changes your life in the best way ever,” Malone said of fatherhood on CBS Sunday Morning. “And the most beautiful thing is, she has a beautiful mom.”

And the growing family has inspired him to change his partying ways. Sort of.

“Four years ago, I was on a rough path,” he shared in the CBS interview, adding that in the past a typical day included drinking and crying. “It was terrible. I don’t feel like that anymore and it’s the most amazing thing ever.”

When fans noticed Malone’s slimmer look in the past couple years, he also revealed how fatherhood made him question some of his vices (beyond just beer): “I’m having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier,” he wrote on Instagram in April 2023. “I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda, and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel.”

What Are the Wedding Plans?

Naturally, Malone hasn’t entirely changed. He’s still Posty to his core, down to the plans for the nuptials.

During the Call Her Daddy interview, Malone revealed his vision for the big day: ??“I’d imagine an ice luge for brews that’s just steady going,” he said. “Beer keeps being poured into it, and all my buddies are super down for the cause so they just go and take a suckle of the teat of the nectar and keep that party going.”
