‘Pregnant’ Megan Fox Marries Style & Comfort in Practical Boots in ‘Lonely Road’ Music Video With Machine Gun Kelly

Machine Gun Kelly didn’t have to look too far to cast his love interest in the music video for his song “Lonely Road” with Jelly Roll — the musician brings the song to life onscreen opposite his girlfriend Megan Fox, who is pregnant with his child in the video’s fictional storyline. Fox showed off a modern maternity style as one half of an expecting couple impacted by financial struggles, wearing versatile black ankle boots in one scene.
Jelly Roll, meanwhile, also brought his real-life relationship to the video, acting alongside his wife, Bunny Xo; while Fox’s character is pregnant, Jelly Roll and Bunny Xo’s characters are struggling with an infertility diagnosis.
Filming at a rustic waterfront locale, Fox was pictured in the video in a few different casual-cute summery minidresses. One blue dress fell to her upper thigh and was printed with a dainty design of small white flowers. Another minidress was light pink with a red flower print; the silhouette included a more fitted skirt and a lace-trimmed ruched bust featuring a tied ribbon. When things go wrong at the end of the story and Machine Gun Kelly gets arrested, Fox is wearing a black spaghetti strap dress, befitting the somber scene.
Fox’s aforementioned blue floral dress was accompanied by a pair of practical yet stylish black boots. The heeled shoes featured a distinguished rounded toe, an ankle-length shaft and a sturdy block heel. The shoes were a fashionable but reasonable option for Fox’s character, who appears to live in a mountainous rural area where she and her significant other spend a great deal of time outdoors. A solid ankle-length leather boot can withstand various terrains, protecting the foot with its enclosed silhouette; while heels are almost always harder to maneuver in than flats, a substantial block heel serves as a reliable base.
However, as pictured below, Fox also proved she could brave the great outdoors in no shoes at all.
MGK and Fox have gained notoriety for their distinctive, often coordinated couple style. Last September, for example, Fox was out and about in over-the-knee snakeskin boots alongside MGK, who wore sneakers with a padded denim outfit. Back in 2022, Fox slipped on glossy hot pink strappy heels with a metallic pink ensemble, while the musician matched her in a pink outfit including a Dolce & Gabbana patchwork coat and black loafers. On yet another day that year, the “Home” artist wore patterned black and white lace-up boots with a pink platform while the “Jennifer’s Body” actress wore pink platform sandal heels.
