Producers Guild Awards Live Blog
The 30th annual Producers Guild Awards are being handed out at the Beverly Hilton tonight, and Deadline is live blogging all the action. Trophies will be presented in 13 categories spanning film and television, and we will be updating the winners list live.
The 10 films vying for the marquee Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures are a varied and diverse lot jammed with this year’s awards-season favorites: Black Panther, BlacKkKlansman, Bohemian Rhapsody, Crazy Rich Asians, The Favourite; Green Book, A Quiet Place; Roma, A Star Is Born and Vice.

There aren’t many better harbingers for the Best Picture Oscar than the film that wins the PGA’s top honor. The producers’ choice has gone on to win the Academy Award 20 times in the PGA Awards’ 29-year history, including The Shape of Water last year.
