In a statement to Variety, Quavo said, “‘Takeover’ is unlike anything you’ve seen before and will blow minds. This film brings a whole new vibe that’s about to change the game, and I’m really hyped to share it with my fans.”

“Takeover” has wrapped production in Atlanta, a car culture hub. The film aims to underscore the fascination and controversy surrounding takeovers, also known as sideshows.

Trioscope, the production company behind Netflix’s “The Liberator,” is known for its enhanced hybrid animation. “Takeover” utilized the company’s updated Trioscope SEE technology that elevates moving image stylization with enhanced stability, precision and multi-layer custom inputs. The film seamlessly blends live-action with CGI to create stunning narratives as seen in the first look.

L.C. Crowley, CEO of Trioscope, added, “This film represents a significant leap forward for Trioscope and our SEE technology, an innovation that has opened up new possibilities for filmmakers and visual storytelling. Joining Republic’s platform, Trioscope is opening the door for a broader audience to discover and take part in the company’s vision. From the ground up, we’re empowering our community to be part of the innovative journey to revolutionize how stories get told and how fans participate in them.”

With the completion of the film, Trioscope is joining companies like Skybound on Republic, a global fintech company that democratizes investment opportunities. This strategic move allows the public to invest in Trioscope’s evolution and potentially earn a return on investment. Republic operates distinct business lines, including a retail investment platform, private capital division and blockchain advisory practice. Republic has supported more than 600 companies and boasts a community of more than 2.5 million users across more than 150 countries.
