'Red Table Talk' exclusive: How cameras in her kids' rooms kept Jessica Alba from 'losing it'
Jessica Alba is bringing her honesty to "Red Table Talk."
The actress/entrepreneur joins hosts Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow Smith and "Gammy" Adrienne Banfield-Norris for Tuesday's episode of the Facebook Watch series (noon EDT/9 PDT). New mom and model Ashley Graham, who welcomed son Isaac in January, and clinical psychologist Ramani Durvasula, known as Dr. Ramani, also joined to chat about mom-shaming.
Graham, 32, raises concerns to Durvasula about her desire to look for her son while she's sleeping most nights. "I'm looking under the bed, I'm flipping my husband (director Justin Ervin) upside down, I'm turning on the lights," she says. Durvasula assures her this concern is a completely normal occurrence due to an uptick in the cortisol hormone.

Alba, 39, reveals she is also in tune with her children. Alba and producer husband Cash Warren share two daughters – Honor, 12, and Haven, 9 – and son Hayes, 2.
“I wake up, like 30 seconds to one minute before my kids wake up, from either a nightmare or they’re going to the bathroom," she says in a clip shared exclusively with USA TODAY. "And I tell Cash, ‘Did you hear that?’ And every time, he’s like, ‘There’s nothing. It’s in your head.’"

The Honest Company founder says having eyes on her children has provided relief.
"Now I spy on them. Now I have cameras in all their rooms so I actually can really justify what the heck is going on," she says, drawing laughs from Jada, Willow and Graham. "But I really thought I was losing it, until I started surveilling them.”
Graham wonders if Alba will remove the cameras from her kids' rooms at some point, and the "L.A.'s Finest" actress responds she believes she's on borrowed time.
“Honor was like, ‘Mom, I’m 12 now. Don’t you think it’s awkward?’" Alba relays. "And I’m like, ‘Well you shouldn’t be doing anything in your bedroom. You have a whole closet to dress in, and you have your bathroom for your private time. So what are you doing in your room? What, you think you’re going to sneak somebody in?
"Somehow I’m still getting away with it," Alba adds, "but I think this might be the last year.”
