Actor Rob Lowe and his wife, Sheryl Berkoff, made some huge real estate moves back in 2020. The longtime couple sold their custom-built Montecito, California, home—which graced the cover of Architectural Digest in 2010—for $45.5 million (two years later, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo scooped it up for a whopping $52 million); they picked up a $5.2 million Montecito property; and they paid $3.75 million for a Beverly Hills abode. The Parks and Recreation star just placed the latter dwelling, a contemporary-style house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, back on the market with a $6.6 million price tag, Realtor.com reports.

Spanning just under 3,000 square feet, the 1950 build is nestled on a hillside in Franklin Canyon, Los Angeles. The primary living spaces are defined by an airy open floor plan. White vaulted and beamed ceilings, picture windows, and a glass-walled dining area are among the main floor’s other features. French doors open up to a covered outdoor dining patio. A living area with a fireplace and a spacious wet bar bridges the dining area and the sleek kitchen, which features jet black custom cabinets, black stone countertops, stainless steel Wolf appliances, and a breakfast bar.

The primary suite enjoys a private balcony and a skylit bathroom, which boasts a dual-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a massive walk-in double shower. Downstairs, a bonus living room has French door access to a poolside lounge with a fireplace and a TV. A gym, a putting green, and a fire pit nook round out the home’s amenities.
