Russell Brand, Amber Rose among celebrities in Milwaukee Monday for the Republican National Convention

The Republican National Convention kicked off Monday in Milwaukee. And, with it come some celebrities.

Here's a look at those and who else we're expecting to be a part of the RNC this week:

Model, influencer and former reality TV star Amber Rose

“It’s True! I’m speaking at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee #MAGA,” Amber Rose posted on X last week. The model, influencer and former reality TV star was among those slated to speak Monday night.

Rose — who famously had relationships with Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa — was outspoken against Trump during his first bid for president, according to a USA Today report.

Rose voiced her support for Donald Trump in a video earlier this year, in which she donned Trump supporters' distinctive red "Make America Great Again" hat. In May, she posted a photo with Trump and his wife, Melania, captioned, "Trump 2024."

After the assassination attempt on Trump, Rose took to X, formerly Twitter, to tweet "#Trump2024" with an American flag emoji, along with a photo of Trump with his fist in the air moments after a bullet was said to have grazed his ear.

British actor/comedian Russell Brand

From inside the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panther Arena Monday, Russell Brand shared in an Instagram Story that he's doing his Rumble show from the RNC this week.

The British actor and comedian noted the convention's "pretty considerable" police presence and "extraordinary figures from the, let's call it the alt-right and Republican space."

"Is this real life?" he asked the camera.

Brand also is doing two live stand-up comedy shows while in town: On Monday at the UWM Peck School of the Arts' Zelazo Center for the Performing Arts — which was sold out — and on Wednesday at The Harris Theater at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield.

Brand made headlines last September when multiple British media outlets reported that several women alleged that he sexually assaulted them between 2006 and 2013, according to a USA Today report. One of those women accused him of rape. In November, a woman sued Brand in the New York Supreme Court, claiming the comedian sexually assaulted her on the set of the 2011 "Arthur" remake.

Brand denied all misconduct allegations against him in a Sept. 15 social media video. In a sit-down interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson earlier this year, Brand doubled down on denying the "appalling" crimes.

Other celebrities/entertainers expected to be at the RNC

Celebrities/entertainers expected to speak at the RNC this week include Tucker Carlson, Savannah Chrisley, Franklin Graham, Lee Greenwood, Chris Janson and Charlie Kirk.

And, here's a look at who else will be speaking at the convention.
