Russell Crowe's 'Loudest Voice' Billboard Defaced by Roger Ailes Supporters

Roger Ailes is getting to play a part in the advertising for his upcoming Showtime miniseries after mysteriously appearing on the billboard for the show.

The billboard for Russell Crowe's "The Loudest Voice" was seen Wednesday in West Hollywood after having been altered by artists to include a photo of Ailes looking over the advertisement saying, "Haters gonna hate!" in a speech bubble.

Ailes, who died in 2017, is also depicted as an angel with a halo over his head -- and arm tattoos baring his name.

Showtime, or CBS, have not yet commented on the alleged vandalism, and as of this posting Mr. Ailes still remains atop the billboard.

The billboard was allegedly altered by a group of conservative artists known as The Faction.

The Faction is the same group responsible for installing Donald Trump stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last year after the President's real star was vandalized multiple times.

55-year-old Crowe, who plays Roger Ailes, has not yet commented on the billboard.

Crowe has been on the promotion train as "The Loudest Voice" is slated to premiere on June 30.

One of the stops the "Gladiator" star made was on Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show, where he spoke on the hours of sitting in the makeup chair while being transformed into the heavyset news boss.

With the application of a belly pad, bald cap and prosthetic jowls, the actor was unrecognizable last year during production of the miniseries.

"By the time we get to the end, it's gonna be over 12 days of my life [in the makeup chair]. Twelve f---ing days," Crowe told The Hollywood Reporter.
