Sabrina Carpenter (‘Short n’ Sweet’) stays at #1 on Billboard 200 with one of the biggest 2nd weeks of the year

Sabrina Carpenter‘s “Short n’ Sweet” became her first album to top the Billboard 200, and now it’s her first album to spend two weeks on top. It held on to number-one for the tracking week that ended September 5 with 159,000 equivalent album units based on its combined record sales, individual track sales and online streams. That gave Carpenter one of the biggest second weeks of 2024, behind only Taylor Swift‘s “Tortured Poets Department,” which achieved 439,000 units in its second week.
