Scarlett Johansson reads weather on 'Today' show
Scarlett Johansson’s normal neck of the woods may be Hollywood, but the star must have been looking to try something new when she was in New York City.
The actress stopped by the Today show this morning to promote her new film Hitchcock, but the talk soon turned to the weather. After learning that Al Roker was suffering from laryngitis, Johansson volunteered to take the reins. “I have a lot of experience with weather, yes,” Johansson said when questioned by Matt Lauer if she was ready for the job. “This is my dream come true.”
Later, Johansson joined the co-hosts on the plaza and the consummate performer delivered the weather forecast complete with gestures to a map (even if her locations were a little bit off!) and ended her debut as a weatherwoman with a jazz-hand pose and a kick.
