The Weeknd kicked off the Hurry Up Tomorrow era Saturday night in S?o Paulo, Brazil, where Abel Tesfaye staged a special livestreamed concert that included the live debut of a handful of new album tracks.

The one-night-only gig at Estádio MorumBI also featured guest appearances by rapper Playboi Carti and Brazilian singer Anitta, who joined the Weeknd on a new song fittingly titled “S?o Paulo.”

The entire concert can be streamed below until September 14:

In addition to new tracks like “Dancing in the Flames,” “Wake Me Up,” “Regular,” and “Runway,” Tesfaye also revived a pair of unreleased songs that he played at a one-off Mike Dean show back in March, “Take Me Back to LA” and his version of the Eraserhead classic “In Heaven (Lady in the Radiator Song)”; whereas that David Lynch-penned song opened the Dean show, it closed out the Sao Paolo concert.

Teasers for Hurry Up Tomorrow — the third album in a trilogy that includes 2020’s After Hours and 2022’s Dawn FM — first arrived in July, when the Weeknd released a trailer previewing two unreleased songs. Another teaser titled “Unprepared Certainty…” arrived in August.

Tesfaye has previously stated that his upcoming record will mark his final release under the moniker of theWeeknd. While the singer revealed the album’s cover art on Saturday, he has yet to announce the release date, although it is available to preorder.
