‘Shrinking’ Sets Season 2 Premiere Date At Apple TV+
Apple TV+ has set a fall premiere date for Season 2 of Shrinking. The dramedy starring Jason Segel will be released on Wednesday, October 16, the streamer announced Monday.
Shrinking follows grieving therapist Jimmy (Segel) who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own. In addition to Segel, the series stars Harrison Ford, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Lukita Maxwell, Michael Urie, Luke Tennie and Ted McGinley.

As we previously reported, Shrinking co-creator Brett Goldstein (Ted Lasso) is slated to guest star in Season 2 in a top-secret role.
Co-created by Emmy Award-winners and Ted Lasso executive producer Bill Lawrence and co-executive producer Brett Goldstein, and Segel, Shrinking is produced by Warner Bros. Television, where Lawrence and Goldstein are under overall deals and Lawrence’s Doozer Productions. Lawrence, Segel, Goldstein, Neil Goldman, James Ponsoldt, Randall Winston, Jeff Ingold, Liza Katzer, Rachna Fruchbom, Brian Gallivan and Annie Mebane serve as executive producers.
