Singer-songwriter Tom Kimmel to perform at All Saints' Episcopal Church

TUPELO — Renowned singer-songwriter Tom Kimmel will bring his soulful music and heartfelt lyrics to Tupelo on Sunday afternoon for a performance at All Saints' Episcopal Church.

Kimmel's career spans several decades, and his catalogue includes songs that have been covered by artists like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Randy Travis, Art Garfunkel, Linda Ronstadt and Joe Cocker.

His Tupelo concert will showcase his repertoire, including classics and new compositions spanning the themes of love, faith and the human spirit.

"We are thrilled to welcome Tom Kimmel to our community," Dinetia Newman, All Saints’ Concert Series board member, said in a statement. "His music speaks to the heart, and we believe this event will be a truly enriching experience for all who attend."

The performance is set for 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, in the Parish Hall. All Saints' is located at 608 West Jefferson Street in Tupelo.
