Stephen Amell Teases Arrow Season 4, Then Lets Fly With Super Moves in WWE SummerSlam Ring

In the two-on-two throwdown — which paired Amell with Neville against Stardust and King Barrett — Amell got a few early licks in before getting dominated by both of his opponents. But then he got his second wind and leaped off the top turnbuckle onto Stardust and the king. Shortly thereafter — following much nifty aerial work by Neville — the good guys emerged victorious.
Appearing before SummerSlam on the preshow, Amell shared that in Season 4 of the CW’s Arrow, the world will be “bigger,” in part by “getting into mystical things” as well as visiting stories “that fans of [the DC Comics series] Green Arrow: Year One are really going to appreciate.”

On the mystical front (and as reported earlier this month), Matt Ryan is set to guest-star in the fifth episode as John Constantine, the demon fighter he played on the short-lived NBC drama.
“For Season 4, we always had a plan to introduce magic and mysticism,” showrunner Marc Guggenheim told TV Insider. On hand to help Team Arrow deal with the unexpected aftermath of Sara Lance’s resurrection via Lazarus Pit, “Constantine is this great organic little development.”
