'Stranger Things' Season 5 is on the way. Check out this behind-the-scenes video
It’s the anniversary of “Stranger Things,” and the makers of the Netflix sci-fi horror drama released a behind-the-scenes video about the production of the long-anticipated fifth and final season.
The producution is at its half-way point.
The video includes comments from Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Jamie Campbell Bower and others, talking of savoring every moment of filming.
Actress Millie Bobby Brown is seen sharing how she grew up while playing the character Eleven on the show.
“I started when I was 10. I’m now turning 20 years old,” she said. “It feels very weird.”
The series is set in fictional Hawkins, Indiana, and made its debut on July 15, 2016.
Writers started working on the fifth season in August 2022 and it went into production in January 2024.
The season is expected to land in 2025.

New cast members include Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, Alex Breaux and Linda Hamilton.
“100 percent, the wait will be worth it,” star Caleb McLaughlin said in a voice-over.
