SZA continues to ride with Kendrick Lamar, on to the Super Bowl.A teaser for the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show, headlined by “Alright” rapper Lamar, revealed that the Grammy-winning R&B diva (“Kill Bill,” “Snooze”) take the stage with him at the Feb. 9 game in New Orleans.
In the 30-second promo, Lamar can be seen on a field talking on a cellphone saying, “I’ve been thinking about a guest performer,” as a line of people march behind him and before SZA shows up to douse him with what appears to be blue Gatorade.
It’s the latest team-up for the multiple Grammy Award winners and former labelmates. Lamar and SZA, who collaborated on “All the Stars” from the 2018 “Black Panther” film soundtrack album and “Luther” from Lamar’s 2024 GNX album, will embark on the joint Grand National Tour, hitting stadiums from April through June.SZA is coming off a starring role in the comedy film “One of Them Days,” released on Jan. 17.

Trombone Shorty and Christian singer Lauren Daigle will collaborate for "America the Beautiful."
Ledisi will perform "Lift Every Voice and Sing."
Jon Batiste will sing the national anthem "The Star-Spangled Banner.”
Batiste, Shorty and Ledisi are all New Orleans natives. Daigle is from Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Will Lil Wayne be at the 2025 Super Bowl?
There’s been no announcement of the New Orleans rapper performing during the game. The “A Milli” rapper has been open about his disappointment in not being chosen to headline the halftime show in his hometown.
Wayne is prepping for a five-city tour that kicks off in Indianapolis on Feb. 27.
