Superman & Lois: Jonathan Flies Into Action on Kyle and Chrissy’s Wedding Day (Exclusive Sneak Peek)
After two straight weeks of emotional carnage from which we may never recover, Superman & Lois is slowing things down tonight (The CW, 8/7c) to celebrate one of Smallville’s most unexpected pairings.
That’s right, it’s finally time for Kyle Cushing and Chrissy Beppo (returning guest stars Erik Valdez and Sofia Hasmik) to tie the knot, and TVLine has an exclusive first look at their dramatic big day.

Unfortunately for the happy couple, that drama begins long before the ceremony. In the sneak peek above, a newly super-powered Jonathan has to pull his mother away from wedding prep to track down one of their (many) enemies in Metropolis.
Fortunately, Chrissy is no bridezilla. Now that she’s been clued into the Kents’ big family secret, she’s totally OK with Lois taking a quick break from matron of honor duties. “This is way more important than my wedding,” she assures Lois and Jonathan, giving them her blessing to fly off and save the day.
So, what else can we expect from this special episode? Co-showrunner Brent Fletcher previously revealed to TVLine that the “really fun” hour features “possibly the best montage the show has ever done.” What’s more, an unnamed actor (you’ll see!) does an “organic backflip” at the reception that was not planned ahead of time.
