Supernatural Gore Fest ‘Hemlock Grove’ Returns to Netflix for Second Season
Netflix’s original bloody and spooky series “Hemlock Grove” is getting a second season, with 10 new episodes going straight to Netflix (true to the streaming giant’s form). The series will arrive Friday, July 11th (12:01 AM).
Eli Roth’s adaption of Brian McGreevy’s supernatural novel debuted last year as “Hemlock Grove,” a thriller about two friends who are actually monstrous creatures with slipping secrets. “I cannot wait for fans to see what’s in store for season two — it is going to blow away all expectations,” said Executive Producer Eli Roth. “Netflix has been an incredible partner, and whenever we wanted to take the story in a dangerous direction, they encouraged us to go even further — into a scarier, darker, and sexier place. We guarantee you won’t see anything like this anywhere else on television.”
