‘Survivor 47’ preview: Caroline Vidmar is ‘perfectly poised to be the wolf in sheep’s clothing’ [WATCH]
“Survivor 47” fans, it’s time to meet Caroline Vidmar, a 27-year-old strategy consultant from Chicago, Illinois. “It’s just as green and vibrant and wonderful as it is on TV,” she declares while admiring the Fijian scenery in CBS’s preview video. “I was thinking you guys had a little bit of a filter and it wasn’t going to actually be this gorgeous. It’s stunning.” Watch Caroline’s intro above at the 5:13 mark.
The athlete explains, “Water polo is a game of viciousness. What you’re not seeing under the water, that’s what the real war is. Kicking you under water and trying to drag on your bathing suit. People don’t think I can fight. I can fight. And that is the mentality you have to have out here in ‘Survivor’ where people are attacking you, but you have to keep swimming.”

Caroline delves into her educational experience by noting, “The way I approached business school was, I basically craft my own ‘Survivor’ major. Classes like selling yourself in your ideas. Power in organizations. This will help me in my professional life, but this will really help me in ‘Survivor.'”
As for her game play on the island, she teases, “I don’t think I come across as smart as I appear. I’m strategic. I’m cunning. I’m ruthless. I’m willing to do what it takes to achieve and succeed. I’m perfectly poised to be the wolf in sheep’s clothing, and that’s why I’ll be the Sole Survivor.”
