Taylor Swift fans are applauding the megastar after she dusted off her Spanish during a recent performance in Madrid, Spain.

Fans online were touched to see the “Fortnight” songstress making an effort to assist a fan in need, even though she was in the middle of a song as the moment unfolded.

The 14-time Grammy Award winner was onstage during her second consecutive show at Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on Thursday, May 30, when she noticed a concertgoer who needed help. While maintaining a grip on her guitar, Swift paused between lyrics and asked the stadium’s security team, “Ayuda por favor” or “Help please.” She pointed in the direction of the fan in question before diving straight back into her performance, the brief interruption lasting mere seconds.

After a Swift fan account shared a video clip of the moment on X, formerly Twitter, several Swifties applauded the “Cruel Summer” singer’s ability to identify struggling fans during her hours-long Eras Tour performances.

“How she notices in middle of performance,” one fan wrote on X, formerly Twitter, as they shared a red heart emoji.

“Awwn our chairman love her fans,” another fan wrote, adding that Swift is “Such a darling.”

“She cares for her fans,” one person tweeted. “That’s why we love herrrr.”

“She loves us and we love her back,” one Swiftie wrote as another chimed in to declare that Swift “is an absolutely wonderful human being.”

Swift’s May 30 show wasn’t the first time that she demonstrated her grasp of the local language to help a fan. Just last week, the “Anti-Hero” singer was filmed speaking Portuguese while calling on security to help one of her fans during an Eras Tour show in Lisbon.

“The way she probably learned that so she could say it,” one fan gushed at the time.
