Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris — or at Least Their Wax Figures — Are Back Together

It’s been 105 days since the world learned Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris ended their romance, but they’re still very close in at least one part of it: Germany.
The Hofbr?uhaus Berlin beer hall has created wax statues of the musicians — in traditional Bavarian garb — on display ahead of the city’s annual Oktoberfest, beginning Sept. 23. Because nothing says Oktoberfest like Taylor and Calvin!
The many tourists flocking to the city, while celebrating a smaller version of the main festival in Munich, will surely appreciate the bizarre conversation pieces. After all, they bring up so many questions: Why do they have music accessories if they’re supposed to be busy serving brews and eating pretzels? Would the real Swift actually take that snack from her former flame? And, with that big felt hat, can Harris please star in a Harry Potter spinoff?

Both Harris and Swift have been immortalized in wax before, at Madame Tussauds wax museum, but never together until now.

The one bummer about the new figurines of Swift and Harris is that they can’t actually have a beer together, because it sounds like that’s exactly what the musicians need. Their breakup turned bitter in July. Tweets were exchanged, and bad blood was shed. However, Harris confessed last week that he regretted taking his feud with Swift public.

“It’s very difficult when something I consider so personal plays out very publicly,” he told British GQ. “The aftermath of the relationship was way more heavily publicized than the relationship itself.”
Then he complimented Swift!
“When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus,” he said. “She respected my feelings in that sense. I’m not good at being a celebrity.”
And during New York Fashion Week, Swift even sang along to a song of his that she wrote.
