Taylor Swift Fans Embrace the Power of 'Karma' After Country Star Who Bashed Pop Star Delivers Unfortunate Update
Taylor Swift fans are more convinced than ever about the "Anti-Hero" singer's voodoo powers.
Country star Zach Bryan, one of the latest celebrities to publicly shade Swift, recently became unlucky in his love life—and many Swifties think it's the power of "Karma" at work.

Bryan, the country crooner behind songs like "Pink Skies" and "I Remember Everything," made headlines last month for declaring via X (formerly Twitter) that Kanye West, Swift's longtime enemy, is a better artist than the "Cruel Summer" singer.
Bryan, 28, later issued an apology online, claiming that he "wasn't coming for Taylor" while "drunkenly" tweeting about her. But some think it may have been a little too late for apologies.
Just over a month later, the rising country music star confirmed via his Instagram Stories that he broke up with girlfriend Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia, after dating for over a year. He also said he was going through "some pretty severe things" lately.
Fans immediately connected the dots between Bryan's recent shade thrown at Swift, and his unfortunate life update, suggesting that the power of karma, or "Tayvoodoo," might be at play.
"Everyone who attacks Taylor Swift unprovoked ends up with their life in shambles and I think that's beautiful," one user on X wrote.
"Tay-voodoo strikes again," someone else joked, while another person insisted that karma has been "working double time" for Swift, 34, lately.
We know it's not the first time something like this has happened to one of Swift's haters, and fans have surely picked up on the pattern.
Following her infamous social media feud with West and his then-wife Kim Kardashian in 2016, the pair later divorced, prompting the "Heartless" rapper to go into a downward spiral, spreading hate speech in angry rants online and losing his major brand partnerships as a result.
Another one of Swift's known enemies, Scooter Braun, also ended up getting divorced and has since resigned from being a music manager.
Most recently, fans thought "Tayvoodoo" may have struck against Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl, who publicly confessed to cheating on his wife and fathering a child with another woman just months after hating on Swift.
While fans know the 14-time Grammy winner didn't actually cause any of the misfortune her enemies have experienced, it does seem to be a coincidence worth noting.
But as Swift once said, "Trash takes itself out every single time."
