Tim McGraw's Daughter Gracie Issues Bold Political Statement After Dad's Message Divides Fans
About a month after country icon Tim McGraw made waves with a political statement shared on social media, his daughter Gracie McGraw took to social media to share a strong message of her own.
The eldest daughter of McGraw and Faith Hill shared the message on her Instagram Stories, re-posting a note from fellow actress and singer Malynda Hale.

"I cannot believe how hard we have to work to convince people that a qualified woman of color who has dedicated her life to public service and operates with grace, dignity and empathy is a better candidate to lead this country than a man who was a reality television star, is a sexual predator, filed for bankruptcy at least 6 times," Hale wrote.
The statement was in reference to Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump. Hale also referenced Trump's inappropriate statements about women and his connections with white supremacist groups, concluding, "I feel like I'm going crazy."
Gracie's message came after her father shared a statement in September while wishing his wife a happy birthday.
In his sweet tribute, he wrote, "Our girls could not have a better role model in their lives as how to be an incredibly strong woman. And how to believe in themselves and be in charge of their lives (every aspect of their lives)! Let's honor the women in our lives with respect and make sure that we fight for their rights right alongside them!"
The message turned out to be quite divisive among McGraw's fans, yet the "Don't Take The Girl" singer never directly addressed the response.
Gracie's new statement arrived ahead of the 2024 election, which will be held on Nov. 5.
