Topeka to become the set of upcoming music video
TOPEKA (KSNT) – TikTok influencer Tevyn Harmon and musical artist MikeG are bringing the lights, camera and action to Topeka.
Harmon, a Capital City native, first gained attention from his “I’m From Topeka” TikTok videos that went viral. He’s now teaming up with fellow Topekan MikeG to create a video for MikeG’s newest single, “I’m From Topeka.”
They’re also inviting city residents to be the stars and are only asking for one thing if you attend.
“Just bring good energy. Good vibes, good energy,” Harmon said.
“I mean all that, smiles like just be ready to go crazy,” MikeG said. “Have a good time and just you know show love.”
How fast can you drive in Topeka if no speed limit is posted?
Harmon wants to showcase how positive the city of Topeka is and wants everybody to come out and have a good time.
The shoot will take place in front of the Kansas Statehouse at 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 2 on the south side of the building. Following the shoot, both plan to have a release party on June 7 for the community to attend.
