Travis Kelce Solidifies His Fashion-Lover Status Ahead of Chiefs-Eagles Game with Throwback Look
Kelce showed off yet another high-fashion moment with his pregame outfit
Travis Kelce continues to be one of the NFL's most fashion-forward players.
On Monday, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, showed up for his game against the Philadelphia Eagles — and his brother Jason Kelce — in a head-turning outfit.
The athlete made a stylish turn wearing a white undershirt and patterned jeans accessorized with a brown reversible Louis Vuitton belt, gold jewelry, gold-rimmed sunglasses and tan suede boots.
He completed the look with two nods to his football team, with one being a fitted Kansas City Chiefs hat and the other a red Dallas Texans letterman jacket — a throwback to the Chiefs' origins. Before being relocated to Kansas City and renamed the Chiefs in 1963, the football team was originally known as the Dallas Texans when they were founded in 1959.
"That's a classic right there," Kelce was heard saying in a video the team posted to X (formerly known as Twitter) as the tight end made his entrance. He added, "A little Monday night action."

Kelce, who is currently dating Taylor Swift, became the all-time leading receiver in the Chiefs' franchise history this season. Though he's known for his athleticism, he's also become known for his sartorial prowess. Kelce never misses a chance to show off his love of fashion.
The Chiefs player isn't afraid to wear bold patterns or take risks when it comes to putting together an unforgettable outfit. In an October interview with The Wall Street Journal, Kelce revealed he sometimes takes up to three hours to put together his pregame looks.
He also acknowledged that his bold taste in fashion isn't going to be universal — but he's okay with that.
“Obviously, not every look is for everybody,” Kelce said, noting the criticism some of his more daring ensembles have received. “I’m not going to be offended if somebody says I look like a clown if I got a fun hat on and some wacky jeans. It is what it is, I’m gonna have fun with it.”
Kelce added, “For the most part, I do it to put a smile on somebody’s face."

The self-professed "impulse shopper" said he converted an entire bedroom in his home into a closet to house his clothes and extensive collection of sneakers.
He explained to the outlet that having access to money changed his fashion game in a major way. These days, he can afford to wear designer duds from the likes of Dior and Jil Sander, but he still loves to shop with smaller, lesser known brands, as well.
For Kelce, the best part of cultivating his style is the fun that comes with picking out the perfect look for every occasion.
"I kind of just do it off of instinct,” he explained to the WSJ. "I kind of enjoy the creative process of the panic to just throw something together."
