‘You’re Vacant, And I Think You Did Some Brain Damage With The Drugs That You Did,’ Psychiatrist Tells A Mom

Kelly says she’s convinced her mom, Terrie, molested her 5-year-old daughter. She also claims Terrie molested her and her younger sister, as well as other children, although she admits she has no physical evidence of any abuse.

Terrie insists her daughter’s claims are completely untrue. She says that Kelly completely changed after going on a retreat with what Kelly called a “spiritual guru.” Terrie says after her daughter returned, the accusations came out.

Kelly also admits to taking mushrooms and claims to have had “experiences” which makes her wonder if she was “abducted and impregnated by an alien.”

On Friday’s episode of Dr. Phil, Dr. Phil introduces Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist board-certified in three clinical specialties, member of the Dr. Phil Advisory Board, and Medical Director for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, who says he’s concerned about Kelly’s fitness as a parent.

“You’re vacant, and I think you did some brain damage with the drugs that you did,” he says to Kelly. “Your daughter has to come first, and you don’t want her taken.”
