Vince Vaughn Charged With DUI After June Arrest
Vince Vaughn has been charged with driving under the influence following his June 10 arrest in Manhattan Beach, California, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said Friday.
In all, Vaughn is charged with three misdemeanors. In addition to driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, he has also been charged with driving with .08 percent blood alcohol content or higher and refusing to comply with a peace officer or to submit to an inspection.
Vaughn faces up to 360 days in county jail if convicted as charged.

According to prosecutors, Vaughn was stopped at approximately 12:40 a.m. on June 10 at a checkpoint in Manhattan Beach. The “Swingers” star was asked repeatedly to get out of his vehicle but he refused, prosecutors said.
Vaughn is expected to be arraigned Sept. 10.
Reps for Vaughn did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.
While working on a film in North Carolina in 2001, Vaughn was arrested for public fighting. He entered a no contest plea and the charges were dropped after six months.
