Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: Ike Barinholtz Wins $1 Million Jackpot — WATCH
Mindy Project vet-turned-Jeopardy! champ Ike Barinholtz extended his game show winning streak on Wednesday, snagging the top prize on ABC’s Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
Barinholtz and his actor-father Alan Barinholtz (Jury Duty) answered each of the 15 questions correctly to win the $1 million jackpot for charity. It marked the first $1 million win in the current 25th season, and the first joint victory in the show’s history.

“Had there been confetti in the hospital room, I would have given the birth of my children as the hard No. 1 significant event in my life,” the father of three told USA Today following the win. “But with the confetti, this just felt bigger than anything I had ever been a part of.”
The duo donated their $1 million boundy to The American Sign Language program at Los Encinos School.
Barinholtz, who recently co-starred in Apple TV+’s The Afterparty, competed in the inaugural season of Celebrity Jeopardy! in 2023. He ultimately beat Wil Wheaton and Patton Oswalt to win the $1 million jackpot, which he donated to Hollygrove. He returned to Jeopardy! a year later as a semi-finalist in the 2024 Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions. He was the only celeb to compete.
“The way Millionaire builds to harder questions, the tension you’re feeling from questions 12 through 15 is greater than any pressure you’re feeling on Jeopardy!,” he noted to USA Today of the difference between the two game shows. “And you have [host] Jimmy [Kimmel]… smirking at you a little bit. You just don’t want to go home.”
