Watch the Hilarious New Trailer for Sausage Party Spin-off Series

Sausage Party stars Frank, Brenda, Barry, and Sammy return in Sausage Party: Foodtopia, the new Prime Video series based on the 2016 animated feature, which raked in $140.7 million at the box office.

Now in series form, Prime Video has shared the first trailer, which is just as wild and whacky as its source material.

The gang have built "Foodtopia", a place where "food is now the dominant species on Earth" and a place where all food can live in "perfect harmony" — until a change in the weather threatens the paradise.

Challenged with the mammoth task of rebuilding Foodtopia are original cast members Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Edward Norton and Michael Cera, joined by newcomer Will Forte.

The eight-episode series lands on Prime Video on July 11, and — if the trailer is anything to go by — that signature R-rated humor will return in abundance.
