Watch Meghan Trainor excitedly reveal she's expecting baby no. 2 on the 'Today' show
Meghan Trainor is about to be a mom of two!
The "Made You Look" singer, 29, revealed on the "Today" show Monday that she's pregnant with baby number two. She and her husband Daryl Sabara are already parents to their 23-month-old son Riley.
"We try to tell him, 'There's a baby in the belly,' but then he points to his belly now and is like, 'Baby.' And we're like, 'Oh no, it's not in yours — it's in mama's belly!'" Trainor said on "Today."
The singer recalled telling "Today" host Hoda Kotb when she was 19 that she "will have the most babies in the world," so she thought it was fitting to do the reveal on the show. "It finally happened, and we’re so excited."

Trainor also discussed her expanding family with People. "What a blessing," she told the outlet. "I'm just so grateful I can get pregnant. And I'm like, 'I'm crushing it."
She added: "This is amazing. This is my dreams.' I'm halfway there — I want four kids!"
The "All About That Bass" singer's pregnancy announcement comes months ahead of the release of her first book, "Dear Future Mama." Trainor plans to share "everything about my grossness and all my truths" in a book detailing her experience with pregnancy and commentary from experts.
"When someone goes, 'Oh my God, me too,' then it makes me feel like I'm not alone, and I'm like, 'I'm not weird, my body's not different. It's normal,'" she told People. "Dear Future Mama" hits shelves on April 25.

Trainor spoke to USA TODAY last April ahead of celebrating Mother's Day and discussed her mother, Kelli, an integral part of her life since welcoming Riley in February 2021.
"I just worship her ... she's superwoman," said the singer — so much so that her sophomore album, "Thank You," featured a track entitled "Mom," where she explained just how important Kelli is to her.
Trainor continued, "I remember brushing my teeth one day and being like, I wanna open my Mother's Day card for my mom and hear my song singing to her." Along with Hallmark, the singer enlisted the help of her brothers Ryan and Justin to make it a family affair to remember.
"I had a (newborn) son, and it's my first Mother's Day—to have this card singing to me... I was like, 'oh my gosh.' I was crying," Meghan said.
