TO DO THIS WEEKEND: Live music at Spaceship Earth, cruise night, state fair in OKC

Sep. 12—EVENT HIGHLIGHTS — Both Scott Evans and Ben McKenzie have deep Oklahoma roots.

Scott Evans through his career has played shows, after hours jams and wrote songs with Wink Burcham, Randy Crouch, The Red Dirt Rangers, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Cody Canada, Jason Boland, Monica Taylor, Great Divide, Mike McClure, Stoney Larue and more.

While the Oklahoma Red Dirt Music Scene influence endures, Mckenzie's authentic brand of Americana grows through a love for rock and roll, and an ever-increasing appreciation and understanding for the Blues.
