Molly Lukehart has been a fan of Jesse McCartney since she was 9 years old.

The Ohio native has attended six of the "Beautiful Soul" singer's performances over the past six years and participated in four different meet-and-greet sessions. The first concert she went to was in 2018, where she purchased the VIP package and that included time she could spend with McCartney on his bus.

In 2021, when McCartney released his album "New Stage," Lukehart hurried to his website to buy all of the album's merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies and the record, totaling around $200.

After placing the order, the very next day she received an email with the subject line "Jesse McCartney Sent You a Personal Thank You."

"In my head, I thought, 'Oh, cute, he sent a fun little general thank you to people buying merchandise,' " Lukehart, 29, recalls exclusively to PEOPLE.

"I decided to watch it. When he said, 'Hey, Molly,' I realized, 'Okay, this really is personal,' " she adds. "Then he read off my order, and I thought, 'Oh my God, this was just for me.' "

"It was just crazy. I never expected anything like that. I've bought things from people before, including his merch, but to have him personally reach out to me, that was unreal," she continues.

Recently, Lukehart noticed her TikTok filled with people posting their experiences at McCartney's concerts.

While she says she has posted about the singer-songwriter before, she recently decided to share the thank you video he sent her after the purchase, not expecting anything to happen.

But, to her surprise the video went viral, garnering over 4.1 million view and 3,400 comments.

"I see a lot of comments that are like, 'Wow, this is so genuinely nice' and that's what I've always said about Jesse," Lukehart says.

"I've met him four times and I've heard horror stories from other celebrity meet and greets, but the man has always been just so genuinely kind," she adds. "And even when he's on stage he plays to the audience."

While McCartney has yet to comment on the video himself, she hopes somehow it gets to him. Until then, she plans to continue to go see him perform anytime she can.

"He's very much for his fans," she says. "I'm seeing people that are learning his music or finding out that he's got more stuff out. It's really fun to have other people be excited about that as well, and see the talent and the kindness that is Jesse McCartney."
