“Young and the Restless” Star Joshua Morrow's Son Joins “Bold and the Beautiful” Alongside Jim Belushi's Daughter
Crew Morrow and Jamison Belushi join a long list of guest stars who have appeared on the show over the years
The Bold and the Beautiful is adding the children of two veteran actors to its talented cast!
Crew Morrow, the son of The Young and the Restless star Joshua Morrow, will make his acting debut on the long-running soap, taking over the role of Will Spencer, the son of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom), according to Deadline. Crew's first episode will air on August 1, though it’s unclear how long he will appear on the show.
Will Spencer, who was previously played by Tom’s real-life son Zane Anchor, was last seen on The Bold and the Beautiful in January 2020 when the character was about 10 years old. Anchor was replaced by Finnegan George in 2018, staying on the soap until 2020.
Jim Belushi’s daughter Jamison Belushi, meanwhile, joined the series recently playing a lab technician named April, debuting in the July 17 episode.
Crew and Jamison’s casting follows a long list of notable actors who have appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful. Tom Arnold is set to portray the Forrester family’s new pilot, Captain Deuce Stevens, for two episodes airing on July 30 and July 31, according to Us Weekly.
Over the years, other guests have included Clint Howard, Bob Barker, Drew Carey, Gina Rodriguez and Betty White.
Howard played opposite Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe) and Tanner Novlan (Dr. John Finnegan) as the mysterious homeless man Tom. The veteran actor told PEOPLE in April filming his part was an “exhilarating” experience, partly due to the show’s brisk prace of production.
“You're handed a lot of scenes to do and you’d better be prepared,” Howard tells PEOPLE. “I was taught by both my mom and dad, Rance and Jean Howard, since I was a little kid that my primary responsibility is to be prepared to show up to work, even as a very young child… And then knowing that soap operas, it's possible to get handed boatloads of dialogue, and you've got to learn it. You've got to understand it. You got to be able to deliver it. You got to be light on your feet.”
Last fall, Marie Osmond appeared as the wealthy Countess Von Frankfurt — a role that fulfilled her lifelong dream of finally making her soap opera debut.
“She’s got a little ‘tude going,” Osmond told PEOPLE in October 2023, adding, “Let’s just say she’s unique. It’s not one [character] that I’ve played before, and I enjoyed that. I love it. You can just channel a few people here and there, and she was fun.”
