Zoe Saldana Teams Polka Dot Minidress With Saint Laurent Slingback Pumps at the 2025 Directors Guild of America Awards
Zoe Salda?a has been sporting Saint Laurent nearly nonstop recently, making it unsurprising that she wore slingback pumps by the brand at the Director’s Guild of America Awards in Beverly Hills this weekend.
The “Emilia Pérez” star wore a black strapless minidress covered in white polka dots, a ruffled silk number from Nina Ricci. She styled the thigh-skimming look with sheer black stockings and Saint Laurent’s Raven slingback heels. The sleek silhouette features a black satin upper crafted from viscose and silk, a pointed toe, and an elasticized slingback strap to help hold the foot in place.

Retailing at $900, the shoes also boast a square-shaped vamp and smooth leather soles. Skinny, 4.3-inch stiletto heels lend a significant height boost to the wearer.
Saldana has been wearing Saint Laurent designs so frequently because the fashion house’s longtime creative director Anthony Vaccarello and the newly launched Saint Laurent Productions coproduced “Emilia Pérez.” Saldana is nominated for an Oscar and has already picked up multiple awards for her supporting role in the buzzy musical thriller film.
The actress won a Critics Choice Award for the Spanish language film weekend. For the occasion, she wore a red custom Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello gown with the brand’s La Scandale platform sandals in red. She donned the same style in black at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, where she took home the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role award.
The actress has been working with stylist Petra Flannery throughout the “Emilia Pérez” promotional tour and awards season. Flannery’s other celebrity clients include Reese Witherspoon, Renée Zellweger, Emma Stone, and Amy Adams.
