10 Popular Workouts You Can Stream for Free Right Now
For those seeking a useful way to spend their time during social distancing—or anyone simply interested in forging a deeper connection with their homes—HB has launched Home Love, a series of daily tips and ideas to make every minute indoors more productive (and gratifying!).
Social distancing involves a LOT of time spent at home. Whether you're working remotely or speed-learning how to home school your kids, I'm willing to bet that you're spending a lot of time sitting on your couch as well. With gyms—and virtually everything else—closed as COVID-19 continues to disrupt the status quo, it's never been more important to stay active. Plus, it might help alleviate some inevitable cabin fever!
Even if setting up your own home gym isn't on the agenda, there are still a ton of options when it comes to working out at home. Workout studios around the country are turning to platforms like Instagram to livestream classes. And the best part? Tons of them are free! Here are ten no-fee workout classes you can try straight from your living room.
Barry's Bootcamp
Barry's Bootcamp is offering a 20-minute, equipment-free version of their boutique fitness classes through Instagram. Twice a day, different Barry's instructors are going live via the Barry's Bootcamp Instagram page to help you get a quick workout in. For a resistance-heavy workout, the studio is also offering resistance band workouts. To participate, you can purchase their Band Together Fit Kit.
Rumble
Like Barry's, Rumble is offering a truncated version of their celeb-loved boxing class on their Instagram. The workouts require no equipment and instead combine body weight workouts and shadow boxing for a powerful—though quick, at only 30 minutes—HIIT workout. (That's high intensity interval training, for those who aren't regulars.)And if you happen to miss the live workout, the studio posts them to their IGTV page for a day, which means there's no excuses!
CorePower Yoga
Get in a morning meditation sesh or relax with an afternoon flow with CorePower Yoga On Demand. Both members and non-members can choose from a variety of yoga and meditation classes on their website, all of which are usually only open to members. Classes range from one to sixty minutes in length.
Planet Fitness
This no-judgement gym chain is taking their workouts to Facebook Live. Every day at 7 p.m. ET, the company is offering a live 30-minute workout with a Planet Fitness trainer and according to USA Today, guests like 'The Biggest Loser' coach Erica Lugo might make a special appearance.
P.Volve
P.Volve really wants you to get your fitness in. In addition to offering 30 days of free streaming services of fitness classes to all new members using the code OnePvolve, they're also posting a daily live toning and strengthening workout to their Instagram.
Peloton
A cult-favorite, Peloton is extending the free-trial period for their digital subscription from 30 to 90 days to help you get moving during this strange time. The trial subscription will give you access to up to 20 live classes a day plus their full library of on-demand classes. Classes range from cycling to meditation to walking and running.
Orangetheory Fitness
Orangetheory is making their home workouts a little more interesting. With their studios closed, the brand is uploading 30-minute HIIT workouts to their website—but with a twist. While you don't need any special fitness equipment, Orangetheory trainers are asking you to get creative by incorporating household items into the workout.
305 Fitness
Get your dance on with 305 Fitness' twice daily dance parties–err, I mean classes. Every day at 12 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. ET on their YouTube channel, you can dance along with founder Sadie Kurzban during a 45-minute class.

Y7 Yoga
