What is Caesar salad?
A classic Caesar salad is a green salad of romaine lettuce and croutons, dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, egg, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese and black pepper. In its original form, this salad was prepared and served table side at fancy restaurants. Now it's served everywhere!

How to Make Easy Caesar Salad Dressing:
Combine 3 cloves of minced garlic with 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 5 minced anchovy fillets, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over chopped romaine lettuce. Add croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese for an easy Caesar salad!
