A not-so-controversial opinion we seem to share with literally every single person on dating apps: Traveling is great! Whether a chilled-out vacation, a road trip to visit loved ones or a far-flung adventure exploring another culture, we're extremely pro-travel. Yay, going places! But we're less enthusiastic about the annoying complexion struggles that can accompany it. Between hopping around to a variety of different climates and hours spent marinating in that stale plane air, travel can make skin especially prone to breakouts, dryness and dullness, none of which are ideal jet-setting companions.
With that in mind, we hit up the experts — specifically, dermatologist Dr. Joshua Zeichner, the director of cosmetic and clinical research in dermatology at New York's Mount Sinai Hospital; Charlotte Cho, the founder of Soko Glam (and near-constant traveler); and Ashley Scott, a skin therapist at Heyday's NoMad location in New York City — for their go-to travel skin-care products.
