We all have our favorite go-to brands. Whether it’s the way the jeans fit or how on top of current trends the new arrivals are, there are a bunch reasons why we go back to the same ones again and again. One such brand for us? Reformation.
The brand is known for putting sustainability first in its efforts to create trendy and fashionable pieces you can wear on a daily basis, to weddings and everything in between. The clothes are made from low-impact materials—the site is a certified Climate Neutral company and plans to be Climate Positive by 2025—and the designs are great investment pieces.
While few companies have matched this dedication to the environment, there are a bunch of brands like Reformation that have either started to make strides toward becoming more environmentally friendly or just match Reformation’s style vibe. Here, 14 brands like Reformation for you to dive into.

Brands Like Reformation at a Glance
1. Quince
You can take comfort in knowing Quince works hard to use sustainably produced materials like organic cotton and linen to craft its gorgeous wardrobe basics. As an added bonus, it’s generally more affordable than Reformation (most dresses cap at about $80). It also sells men’s and kids’ clothing, as well as home goods like blankets, towels and decorative rugs.
2. Abercrombie & Fitch
This early-aughts favorite has been having a major comeback lately, and we can’t help but think some of its latest designs might be inspired by Reformation classics. A&F’s selection features fabulous ready-to-wear pieces, wedding guest dresses and timeless denim we can’t get enough of. Even better, the brand has made significant strides to become more size inclusive, with every style available in the full size range, plus curve sizes for pants and jeans specifically made for those with wider hips and a smaller waist.

3. Staud
LA-based brand Staud is ideal for those who love to stand out without going too over-the-top. It’s know for meshing classic silhouettes and materials with unexpected details, like cool cutouts, bold colors and funky prints. Beyond clothing, Staud also offers supremely chic handbags—like the viral Moon shoulder bag and beaded Tommy bag—as well as pet-themed products, which you can customize with your furry bestie’s name and face.
4. Posse
This Australian label has already earned a number of dedicated celeb fans (Sofia Richie, Katie Holmes, Meghan Markle) who’ve been spotted wearing the chic, simple styles Posse does so well. The brand puts a big emphasis on using sustainably-sourced, high-quality materials and works only with ethical factories, much like Reformation. Alas, it also produces very small batches (good for the environment, bad for the masses trying to shop their favorite styles), meaning best-sellers are frequently sold out. Restocks are always on the horizon, for those willing to wait, but we highly suggest signing up for emails so you know exactly when the latest drop has arrived.
5. Madewell
Madewell has tons of chic styles with which to build your wardrobe, but it’s the denim that truly impressed us. There’s a wide variety of styles to shop, including both petite and tall lengths, whether you’re looking for trendy low-rise silhouettes or a more timeless mid-rise straight leg. Be sure to check out the accessories as well—the handbags in particular look far more expensive than their price tags. (Note: Not all styles come in the full size range, but most go up to a size 3X.)
6. Cider
If you’re on the hunt for clothes that are both affordable and trendy, be sure to add Cider to your list. And while the site is packed with a huge number of styles to scroll through—neatly organized into different aesthetics, we might add—the brand produces everything in small batches to cut down on waste. There are also tons of plus-size options to explore, as well as accessories, bags and shoes.
7. DISSH
Another Australian brand to know, DISSH is all about those quiet luxury, ‘90s minimalism vibes. Most pieces come in only neutral hues, but there are handful of other colors as well as prints thrown into the mix. Not sure where to start? We highly recommend the knit maxi dresses (they tend to run true to size, but if you’re between sizes, opt for the smaller) and the linen sets as well (which tend to run a smidge small).
8. Jenni Kayne
Much like Reformation, Jenni Kayne has developed something of a cult following (case in point, the Cocoon Cardigan), with shoppers raving about the knits in particular. The brand as a whole is inspired by Californian vibes—laid back, easy going, but always cool—with an emphasis on high-quality fabrics and construction that will last for years. (Note: Only select styles are offered in plus sizes, with most going up to a size XXL.)
9. Faithfull The Brand
This beautiful brand, which carries both everyday wardrobe staples and resort wear (including bathing suits), puts a big emphasis on empowering its employees, giving back to the communities in which its products are produced and working to improve its ever-evolving recycling and sustainability efforts. Here, you can find classic silhouettes for building a capsule wardrobe in addition to trendy pieces that’ll help you stay au courant.
10. Christy Dawn
All Christy Dawn products are made from upcycled fabrics, organic cotton and regeneratively grown cotton. The styles here aim for timeless, classic vibes (think floaty midi dresses in summer and cozy knits for fall) to ensure you can wear them for way longer than you’d wear whatever’s trending right now. The prices may be a bit higher, but for the quality and mission behind the creations, we think they’re totally worth it.
11. Bardot
If your favorite pieces at Reformation tend to be party dresses and going out tops, you’ll likely have a lot to choose from at Bardot. The Australian brand puts a sexy spin on classic styles, with everything made with natural fibers that are sustainably sourced and ethically crafted. (P.S. Don’t sleep on the outerwear—it looks and feels far more luxe than the under-$300 price tag would suggest.)
12. ASTR The Label
If you’re in need of stylish wedding gust dresses and hoping to spend a little less than you would on a Reformation stunner, ASTR The Label is an absolute must-shop. Of course, the brand has tons of cute ready-to-wear options, too. And the website has pre-selected edits (vacation, girls’ night out, office outfits, etc.) to help you find exactly what you need in a jiffy.
13. LPA
This brand was actually created by a former Reformation designer, so there’s bound to be some shared DNA. Sold exclusively at Revolve, LPA has fantastic dress, coat and shoe options, as well as some ready-to-wear tops and bottoms. Its pieces are frequently tagged as “trending” on Revolve’s site, so if you see something you like, we suggest you add it to cart ASAP.
14. Aritzia
Trendy, feminine and a little vintage, Canadian mega-retailer Aritzia has won over many hearts with their celebrity-favorite Super Puff coat, sexy slip dresses and muted basics that go with everything. The draw? Quality clothes at a mid-range price point. It also has multiple in-house labels that cater to different aesthetics to fit any style, from minimalist workwear to sporty athleisure to flirty mini dresses.
