Spice-infused Fragrances are Taking Over for Fall
The sweet-gourmand fragrance trend has taken a turn — though it’s not venturing far from the edible.
A crop of spice-infused fragrances is taking center stage this fall, with global players like Oman-based Amouage; Paris-based Ormaie, and New York’s Le Labo jumpstarting the trend. According to Circana, fragrance grew 13 percent during the first quarter of 2024, while Trendalytics reports searches for gourmand perfumes grew 110 percent during the last year — prompting a 57 percent increase in fragrances which bill themselves as such.
