Glow Recipe Pomegranate Peptide Firming Serum
To Shop: $45; GlowRecipe.com
I'm in my early 30s, so I've slowly started incorporating more targeted lifting and plumping treatments—but only ones that are as gentle as they are efficacious. Nothing has agreed with my sensitive, redness-prone skin more than Glow Recipe's Pomegranate serum, powered by the antioxidant-rich fruit, hyaluronic acid, and polypeptides to firm and hydrate. Over the past few months, it has given my complexion a more lifted and tightened appearance, especially around the mouth and eye area where fine lines are starting to form. I should also say I'm obsessed on a sensory level, thanks to its subtle sweet-tart scent and sinks-right-in milky oil texture! — Lauren Valenti, beauty director
Bond No. 9 New York Forever
To Shop: $550, BondNo9.com
Bond No. 9 has always been one of my mom's go-to fragrance brands, so for me, just a glimpse of the star-shaped bottle instantly brings on a wave of nostalgia. It takes me back to my parent's bedroom, watching my mom select her jewelry and perfume before heading out. This new offering—New York Forever—is muskier than the floral fragrances my mom usually reaches for and feels like the perfect Bond scent for my fragrance wardrobe. It's a warm, spicy-sweet, yet earthy scent with notes of Indonesian pachouli oil, fresh cinnamon bark, vanilla, honeyed amber, labdanum, and dewy moss. This launch celebrates 20 years of Bond No. 9 creating City-centric scents, and the bottle features the brand's iconic logo (NYC subway tokens of yore) exploding up like fireworks. — Kara Jillian Brown, beauty editor
Armani Beauty Lip Power, Graceful

There’s something about fall that makes me crave a moody nude lipstick. Right now, this shade has the coveted top spot in my purse. The formula and skinny stick make it easy to make an edge so defined people will swear you’re wearing lip liner. Oh, and I’m back on matte formulas again. Tell your friends.— Madeline Hirsch, news director

Haus Labs by Lady Gaga Triclone Concealer
To Shop: $32; HausLabs.com
From concealing redness to adding lift and brightness where I need it most, I can't get enough of the new Haus Labs concealer—and FWIW, neither can #BeautyTok! Laced with skin-loving ingredients like brightening niacinamide, redness-reducing arnica, and plumping hyaluronic acid, the formula is nourishing to my bone-dry skin. A marvel! And with its super creamy, yet lightweight texture, it blends dreamily, smoothing and blurring for a filter-like finish. — L.V.
Erborian Skin Therapy Multi-Perfecting Night Oil-Serum
To Shop: $59; Erborian.com
The first time I tried this new serum was during a facial and I immediately felt the glow. Fast forward to the next morning—my skin was soft and luminous and overall looked more even (I have mild rosacea so uneven skin tone is always on my mind). I’ve been using it in my nighttime skincare routine for almost two weeks now and couldn’t be happier with the results. — Samantha Brash, director of content strategy
Riki Loves Riki Miracle LED Acne Patch
To Shop: $105; RikiLovesRiki.com
Out of all the skincare tech out there, LED is my favorite. It's low-lift, painless, and easy to work into your routine. This new LED Pimple Patch from Riki Loves Riki is the most exciting thing to happen in skin tech in a while. Think of it like a super smart bandaid—it's a tiny tool that sticks to your skin and emits a blend of anti-inflammatory red light and bacteria-killing blue light to soothe pimples. It runs six-minute cycles, and during that time, your hands and the rest of your face are free to chill. — K.J.B.
Glossier Stretch Face Brush
To Shop: $28; Glossier.com
When I first laid eyes on Glossier's ingenious Stretch Face Brush, I—quite literally—gasped with excitement. Nothing speaks to me more than an easy, grab-and-go tool, and a sleek objet d'art brush is particularly innovative at that. Never mind that it's also exceedingly great for buffing and sculpting with its soft, dense bristles and a targeted tip that makes the tricky eye area a cinch. — L.V.
Byroe Pumpkin Pro-Retinol Cream
To Shop: $110; Byroe.com
I am forever on the hunt for rich and creamy, active-packed nighttime moisturizers that work hard to renew and nourish my skin while I sleep. This Byroe cream has become my new favorite. It's made with a blend of antioxidant-rich upcycled pumpkin, renewing calendula-derived retinol and bakuchiol, and moisturizing ceramides. It's the perfect one-and-done evening cream, but because I'm a little nuts and have strong skin, I layer it over a retinal serum. My skin has never been glowier. — K.J.B.
Addiction Tokyo The Blush
To Shop: $26; AddictionTokyo.com
I never imagined a pearlescent blush could be wearable under harsh fluorescent office lighting. But I'm all too happy to be proven wrong by the elegantly iridescent pigments from Addiction Tokyo, the cult-favorite Japanese brand that just launched in the U.S. The Blush comes in an array of uniquely gorgeous shades that provide a luminous, skin-awakening wash of color. I'm personally obsessed with Foggy Rose, a cool rose tinged with ultra-fine shimmer. — L.V.

Sweet July Skin Soursop Vitamin C Serum
To Shop: $65, SweetJuly.com
Vitamin C is, and always will be, a staple in my routine. So I always appreciate when the brightening powerhouse comes from unexpected sources, like soursop. Brand founder Ayesha Curry explained that she selected soursop because it has high levels of vitamin C and close ties to her Jamaican heritage. The fruit is paired with other antioxidant-rich superstars like ferulic acid and green tea to leave skin sufficiently nourished. The serum has a gorgeous, silky texture that glides on beautifully and lays well under SPF and makeup. It's perfect if you prefer water-based vitamin C formulas to oil-based options.
Because my biggest skin struggle is hyperpigmentation, I love to incorporate vitamin C into my daily routine to keep my tone as even as possible. I also love that the antioxidant helps to protect skin from environmental aggressors like pollution, something I experience a lot of living in NYC. — K.J.B.
Goop Beauty Colorblur Glow Balm, Velveteen
To Shop: $34; Goop.com
My makeup philosophy is a bit of a contradiction. On one hand, I’m pretty confident in my skills and love to experiment. On the other, I’m extremely impatient and a bit of a mess. So, I am always on the hunt for Goldilocks formulas that are buildable without sacrificing pigment. Goop’s Colorblur Glow Balm is one such product. My favorite shade, Velveteen, has big-time color payoff and impressive staying power, but is so east to apply you can use your fingers. It also has a balmy, velvety texture that just feels luxurious. — M.H.
Dior Lip Glow, Cinnamon
To Shop: $40; Dior.com
Dior Lip Glow has become my go-to tinted lip balm. I finished my first tube—and it was the first time I finished a lip product maybe ever (for reference, I still have some of the OG Kylie Lip Kits kicking around). Thanks to a blend of cherry oil, shea butter, and other moisturizing emollients, this balm leaves my lips feeling soft and supple. It's available in 28 shades that add a gorgeous sheer wash of color, enhancing the beauty of your lips' natural tone. I'm particularly loving the shade Cinnamon—new this month, it's a warm brown with red undertones that's perfect for fall. — K.J.B.
Sida The Lil BB's
To Shop: $88; SidatheBrand.com
It's been love at first burn with all of Sidia's candles, so I've been relishing the travel-friendly joy of their The Lil BB's discovery kit, which features warm and woodsy Braless, crisp and citrusy Wired, and fresh and earthy Soaked. — L.V.
True Botanicals Resurfacing Moisture Mask
No matter how diligent I am with my skincare routine, there are still times when I feel like my skin is dull and in need of an extra boost. That's when I reach for this mask from True Botanicals. It blends exfoliating lactic acid with moisturizing avocado to slough away dead skin while nourishing the bright new skin that's left behind. — K.J.B.
Native Body Wash, Honey & Saguaro
To Shop: $9; Native.com
I'm a huge bath girlie and there's nothing I love more than a gorgeous, sudsy wash to bring my bath to life. I fell in love with Native's Honey & Saguaro the second I smelled it. It has a sweet, warm scent that instantly makes my body relax. It's part of the brand's limited edition Fall Escape collection, which boasts cozy scents that aren't your run-of-the-mill autumn scents. They're all delightful, but this one is my favorite. — K.J.B.
Bellami Silk Seam, Dark Honey Cocoa Highlight
To Shop: $190; BellamiHair.com
Clip-ins are a wonderfully easy and quick way to add some volume, length, and, sometimes, color to you locks. The Silk Seam clip-ins are the best clip-ins I've ever worn. They lay SO flat and don't feel like they're tugging on my hair or digging into my scalp. The Dark Honey Cocoa Highlight option is new for fall and an amazing option to add some warmth to your look. My only complaint is that the clip-ins only come in one texture. With a silk press, my type 4 hair blends well with this hair, but I'd love to see it in more options like curly or kinky straight. — K.J.B.
