I never used to care about the health or strength of my nails. After all, if they're always covered with dip powder, why would it matter what they look like underneath? If you want to do a full overhaul and take control of your nail health, you'll need to dedicate around eight weeks, but my nails stopped breaking completely after just a few weeks of use.
