David Beckham was just crowned People's"Sexiest Man Alive," and while we don't dispute his hotness, we couldn't help but notice that the winner of this title has been white 29 out of 30 times (Denzel Washington was picked back in 1996). While it might seem trivial, the ongoing issue of the lack of diversity in the entertainment industry makes it more important than ever to highlight a more inclusive standard of what's considered beautiful–for women and men alike.
