The 33 Best Things Fashionista Editors Bought This Year
Featuring Entireworld sweats, Telfar bags and... more Entireworld sweats.
When it comes to dumpster fire years, 2020 was in a league of its own. But we're going to try to end it on a positive note by sharing the products that made it a little bit easier at times for our editors. It's safe to say we got by with a little help from our friends — our friends being Entireworld sweatsuits, Girlfriend Collective leggings and Telfar Shopping Bags.
In addition to stocking up on cozy, candy-colored sets and summer's hottest vegan leather grail, we couldn't get enough of the Hill House Home Nap Dress and the Brother Vellies Cloud Socks, both of which made several appearances in our monthly shopping roundups this year.
While we may be looking forward to getting the hell out of 2020, we'll be more than happy to bring the purchases we made over the last 12 months into 2021. Read on to get more info on our best buys of the year, and maybe even snag one (or two) for yourself.

Jennifer Behr Virginia Bow, $140, available here: In a world where most people only see me from the shoulders up anymore, having a few go-to hair accessories has been key for both making a statement and managing to look pulled together. I love these oversized babies from Jennifer Behr.

Tanya Taylor Protective Face Masks, $35, available here: These are, by far, my favorite masks for everyday use — not only because they're extremely comfortable, but also because the prints are incredibly fun (and upcycled from past Tanya Taylor collections!). I also appreciate that the brand has an option to donate a mask on its e-comm site, too.

Birkenstock Arizona Shearling Suede Sandals, $150, available here: Yes, I made thoroughly unoriginal purchases this year. And yes, I'm perfectly fine with that. As one friend put it when I told her I was debating buying these, "Have you ever regretted purchasing a pair of Birkenstocks?" No, no I haven't.

Ciao Lucia Torino Sweater, $335, available here (sizes XS-L): I debated purchasing this due to the price but I'm so glad I did. The boxy, slightly cropped shape is so perfect and the alpaca material is unbelievably soft.

Aerie Offline After Party Velour Jogger, $35, available here (XXS-XXL) and Offline After Party Velour Hoodie, $35, available here (XXS-XXL): I was disappointed to discover that a certain velour sweatsuit brand's comeback didn't include plus sizes (*insert gigantic eye roll*) so I opted for this smoked gray Aerie set instead because I deserve to be swathed in velour.

Simon Miller Women's Scrambler Platform Chelsea Boots, $540, available here: I splurged on these chunky Simon Miller boots this fall after contemplating making the purchase for weeks. I have no regrets and wear them pretty much any time I step foot outside of my apartment.
