At 66, Fran Drescher Reveals the Bronzing Serum Behind Her ‘Sunkissed Glow’

“I’m not a fan of the sun so I stay away from UV rays to protect my skin from cancer and premature aging, but I still love a bronzed look. That’s why @lauragellerbeauty’s new Serum Bronzing Cheek Lift is perfect for me! ??” Drescher captioned her recent Instagram video. “It’s lightweight and buildable, so I can control how bronzed I look. I’m using the Pretty In Paradise shade. It also contains hyaluronic acid, which helps keep my skin hydrated and prevents moisture loss, making it even more amazing! Love this stuff!”

“Hi you guys, I wanna tell you about this Serum Bronzing Cheek Lift. The reason why I love it is because it gives you that sunkissed look without going out in the sun,” Drescher continued in the video. “And you know that I am always looking for a great new product to give me that sunkissed look because I don’t like to go in the sun. You can see my skin is not that dark.” Before demonstrating how she likes to use the product Drescher notes that the product comes out through a sponge-tip applicator and has a “silky, dewy” finish.

Next, Drescher shows her fans exactly how likes to apply the product. She starts by dabbing the serum directly from the applicator to the apples of her cheeks and “everywhere that the sun would go,” including the bridge of her nose, the center of her chin, and the upper part of her forehead. She then blends it out with her fingertips. By applying it this way Drescher explains that you “get that [sunkissed] look without the damaging sun rays that make you look older before your time.”

Drescher also explains that the serum bronzer helps keep the skin stay hydrated because it is formulated with hyaluronic acid and polysaccharides. “It keeps the moisture in and also it just feels so good going on,” she says while noting that applying the product won’t “mess up your base or any of the makeup that you have on.”
