Adele Issues Warning to Concert-Goers Throwing Things at Performers: 'Dare You'

Adele is voicing her opinion on fans throwing things onto stage during concerts, and let's just say, she's less than thrilled about the unwarranted behavior.

At a recent "Weekends with Adele" concert during her Las Vegas residency, the "Hello" singer was armed with a t-shirt cannon while issuing a warning to any guests thinking that pelting something onto the stage would be a good idea—a dangerous growing trend as of late.

"Have you noticed how people are, like, forgetting f---ing show etiquette at the moment? They're just throwing s--t on stage. Have you seen that?" she asked the audience while pacing the stage, before cautioning, "F---ing dare you... Dare you to throw something at me," in part.

She then shot a t-shirt into the audience (to their delight), as an example of, well, what not to do.

Over the past few weeks, Kelsea Ballerini halted her show after being hit by a bracelet and Bebe Rexha was injured in the face by a phone thrown directly at her head, followed by Ava Max, who was slapped by someone while performing, with the offender reportedly scratching her eye. Meanwhile, Pink recently had a fan's deceased mother's ashes tossed onto the stage mid-concert.

While playfully addressing the incidents, which to date, have left a few of her fellow pop stars hurt, Adele continued, "Stop throwing things at the artists," before joking, "...when you can shoot things to people" as the crowd burst into laughter.

"These people have lost it. Can you imagine?" she later mumbled.

Though the "Someone Like You" singer took the opportunity to turn negative examples into an animated display, let's just hope her lesson to "stop throwing things" sunk in!
