Aldi Is Selling 2 Limited-Edition Festive OREO Flavors, and They're Guaranteed to Fly Off Shelves

Aldi

When looking for a little extra holiday excitement this season, look no further than your local Aldi grocery store. The popular German-owned grocery chain supplies its shoppers with exceptionally low prices on quality goods all year round, but that doesn't mean the retailer lacks on packing a few extra tricks up its sleeves come the holiday season. And while you gear up for the arrival of Jolly Old Saint Nicholas, Aldi has the perfect cookies to leave out for him along with his glass of cold milk.

This past October, Nabisco announced the return of a very popular limited-edition Oreo flavor, Oreo Hot Cocoa, and fans went absolutely berserk over the news. And now, as if the excitement couldn't compound any further, this week’s Aldi’s Specials list has been graced by not one, but two limited-edition Oreo flavors — including the seasonally popular hot cocoa-flavored cookies.

Probably not here for very long, the Oreo Holiday and Oreo Hot Cocoa are both a refreshingly festive take on the classic creme-filled cookie. The Hot Cocoa flavor features a delicious combination of marshmallow and hot cocoa-flavored creme, sandwiched between familiar Oreo cookie rounds, while Oreo Joy features a festive red colored creme sandwiched between Oreo cookie rounds donning five fun winter designs.

Each pack weighs anywhere between 12.2- and 18.72-ounces and retails for just $4.58. These popular holiday-forward flavors will only be available while supplies last, so make sure to head on over to your local Aldi to snag a few packs ahead of the masses. Keep in mind that the original release of Oreo Hot Cocoa took place in 2017 and we hadn’t seen its return until October of this year. So if we are to take Oreo’s track record into consideration, now would be the time to go ahead and stock up before it’s too late.
